“Tranquilo y sencillo”
Quiet place, very close to Saint‑Emilion. What I liked most was the owner’s friendliness and willingness to help. The pillows were an issue.

Breakfast was a bit mediocre; no croissants or homemade cakes.

Great breakfast and the hosts were very welcoming.

I stayed at a cozy B&B with good beds, set by the river and not far from the city centre, and the breakfast was included and quite extensive.

The location is right between vineyards and castles on the (now brown‑water) Dordogne, the breakfast in the living room/kitchen is excellent, and the couple running the place is very friendly and helpful, though the bed feels a bit narrow and gets uncomfortable when the temperature rises.
