The front desk staff was rude in a very nasty manner; I booked a room with a view but only received a roof view. When I asked to change rooms, they claimed all were booked and then blamed me for not booking a view room. The same front desk lady also warned me I wouldn’t get a refund if I didn’t accept the room, and I will never return.
