Wander- und Wellnesshotel Kanzler

“eingach großartig und in jedem Fall viel mehr erhalten als erwartet.”

The hotel was recently taken over, and you notice that immediately. The staff are incredibly friendly, the service is excellent, and the wellness area is far above the price level – simply perfect! The only downside was that we had to drive back home.

“Een echte aanrader voor sportieve reizigers die actieve dagen graag combineren met een perfecte wellness”

We were a couple staying for a week at the end of August in the farm village of Krungl. The trips to the mountain lifts and alpine lakes are all easily reachable by car. You can also take a short walk in the valley, and there are many bike routes that run past the hotel. At check‑in, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of bubbly, and the staff were eager to give us all kinds of information. A hearty breakfast with many homemade items is served daily. Dinner is also excellent, with generous portions. The wellness area exceeded our expectations. In the hotel’s inner garden, there’s a four‑storey wellness complex with multiple saunas. The whirlpool on the top floor offers stunning views of the valley and the mountains. There’s also a swimming pond and outdoor loungers. It’s the perfect way to finish an active day. Absolutely recommended for sporty travelers who want the ultimate holiday feeling. As the Austrians say: empfählungswärtig!

“Wiederholungsbedarf ❤️”

The accommodation is wonderfully beautiful, clean, and well‑maintained. The wellness area is incredibly beautiful, lovingly designed. The staff are very warm. Breakfast is completely adequate. Dogs are warmly welcomed and tolerated in the inn. In the evenings, you can dine very well at the inn and even get a discount as a hotel guest. Those who love peace in a small village, with cows and all that comes with it, will feel very comfortable there. We’ll gladly return. The downside was that the swimming pond near the outdoor sauna caused me regular mosquito visits; fly screens would be great, and the rooms get very hot in summer.

We stayed in a premium room that was spacious, ergonomically designed, and featured a great spring mattress with plenty of storage everywhere. The wellness area was flawless, and cleanliness extended even to the less obvious corners. The kitchen selection was well thought out and offered good value. The staff’s enthusiasm was evident, and the local area has plenty of summer activities, so we’ll definitely return.
