The breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The service left nothing to be desired. The staff were very helpful. We were treated like family. Very satisfied.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the staff. I loved that it was full of plants and fruit trees. I didn’t like the pillows.

Everything was great, except the internet didn't work.
The service, the selection of snacks, the breakfast was great, the air‑conditioning, the heated pool, and the organization were all good. The only common issue in many hotels and inns: a faint lingering smell in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was PERFECT.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower worked well, linens were clean and soft, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. However, there were a few structural quirks: the toilet was loose, doors creaked, and the locks were inadequate. Also, the room lighting was directly over the bed, which was a bit annoying; indirect lighting or lights elsewhere would be more comfortable.
