The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was a plus. However, there were roaches in the room, the bed felt like a cardboard box, and the odor was terrible; I had to buy a plug‑in for the room.

The whole building had a strong smell of fire and musk, and our room was stinky. It seemed damaged and poorly cleaned, and the renovation looked sloppy. The only staff member we encountered was very friendly, but nobody else was seen.

Breakfast was great; I only had one issue: I was in room 515 overnight and the lights went out for a while. I got up to use the bathroom, but other than that everything was fine.
