The location was quiet with little car traffic and no trucks. We arrived to find the place on a dead‑end street, which promised calm, but the walls were so thin that we could hear everyone’s lives. The first thing we noticed was a strong, unpleasant naphthalene smell that hit our throats. The single room—living area, dining, and bedroom—felt cramped after a while, though it was clean. The kitchenette was well equipped except for cutlery; there was only a broken knife. The bathroom was a bit narrow and had spider webs on the ceiling. Outside on the terrace there was a table and two chairs, both broken. I called twice for minor issues and the owner was very responsive. The price was low, suitable for a tight budget, and the overall quality was average. I recommend it for those with limited funds.

The kitchen and equipment were fine, Wi‑Fi was comfortable, and there were many small good details. It was close to a very good supermarket. There was no rope for drying clothes, which was annoying, and early‑morning noises from neighbours. There were some toilet problems, but the host fixed them.
