The hotel is really beautiful and unique, with excellent and varied dinner and breakfast, a relaxing onsen, and wonderful staff who are helpful and friendly.

The location was really good. The shower flow was weak, and the locker key was loose, making it a hassle to open and close.

A stunning spot that dazzles the eyes, from the common areas to the room and its wonderful view of the river and mountains. The staff are very attentive. The food is good (the starters are a bit odd 🤭 but the rest is more “classic”). The breakfast buffet is really nice. We had a wonderful stay.
