Barbara was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start, welcoming us warmly, and the place was clean and comfortable. It was so relaxing that we felt at ease throughout our stay. Great value for money, and we’ll definitely come back with pleasure.

The owner offered to swap our room for a studio with a private bathroom at the same price, no extra cost, and the property was clean. The welcome was not great. The description listed services that weren’t actually available: parking was on public street, not private; we couldn’t use the kitchen or dishes even though photos suggested otherwise; the coffee machine, kettle, and washing machine were unusable; the owner clarified that common areas weren’t for guests and that only the room with a bathroom was accessible; it wasn’t mentioned that the owner lived on the premises; the double room we booked didn’t specify a shared bathroom, only the listing mentioned rooms with shared bathrooms; we experienced several power outages during our stay due to overload from multiple air conditioners operating simultaneously; the studio with a private bathroom turned out to be a shed under 2.40 m tall, no blackout curtains so we woke to sunlight at 6 am, a tiny bathroom with shower drainage issues that flooded the whole room; the sofa bed was very uncomfortable; the included breakfast was actually offered at a beach bar reachable only by car, offered only coffee and croissants, no gluten-free options, and when croissants ran out there were no alternatives; we stayed 6 nights, towels were changed but sheets were not, contrary to legal requirements.

Assolutamente nulla, non ci ritornerei nemmeno gratis. Struttura del tutto insoddisfacente (200€ per 2 notti del tutto ingiustificati): Servizi negati o assenti: Cucina in foto e lavatrice nei servizi, ma all'arrivo mi è stato vietato l'uso perché "è casa mia e dovete stare solo in stanza per dormire". TV e wi-fi assenti, no stendino, parcheggio solo in strada. Posizione scomoda: il mare non è vicino e serve l'auto per qualsiasi spostamento. Camera e pulizia: Stanza strettissima, bagno sporco, vetri della doccia sporchi e balcone in comune senza separé. Solamente 2 asciugamani totali a testa per 2 notti senza cambio. Colazione: In un bar esterno soltanto dalle 9:00 in poi, orario del tutto scomodo per la giornata soprattutto ad agosto. Quando le ho scritto con educazione per segnalare i disagi, la proprietaria in modo per nulla educato, ha bussato piu volte alla mia stanza costringendomi ad uscire, ha iniziato a urlare nella struttura davanti agli altri ospiti, dicendomi che potevo lasciare la stanza anche subito, dovevo andare via perché ero un peso nella struttura nonostante avessi pagato. Mi sono sentita fortemente a disagio e ho dovuto abbandonare l'alloggio con un giorno di anticipo, perdendo la notte già pagata, tassa di soggiorno per due giorni e senza ricevere alcun rimborso. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno
