How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The bed was comfy and there were complimentary soaps and coffee, but only one towel was provided. The decor was dated and rough; a deep clean would help. The spa wasn’t great, the jacuzzi was cold, and the sauna was run down.

Lovely hotel just off the motorway. Not too expensive for a quick stopover going North. Shower wasn't great – water coming out the hose. Extractor fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months!

Great location. Quiet. Staff all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, attentive without being intrusive. Lovely food – evening and breakfast. Decent sized pool (could swim lengths) and good, clean facilities in the leisure centre – free towels. Plenty of parking. Nothing else.
