The staff left the keys in a box with clear instructions, which was helpful, but the room had public washrooms just behind it that were very smelly; we came to celebrate our kid’s 3rd birthday and were very disappointed after seeing and staying at the property.

“Do not stay here”

We loved the pool and the nearby beaches, but the beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the slats through the foam, the place was dirty with mold on the roof and walls, the air conditioner was sealed with duct tape, and there was no smoke alarm.

The stay was quite disappointing: the property felt old and poorly maintained, the sofa was very old and uncomfortable, the bathroom sink had visible stains and didn’t feel clean, and many parts of the property looked worn out and in need of updating; overall it didn’t meet our expectations for the price, and I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and make improvements, as the property has a lot of room for improvement.

“Never again”

The room was old and small, the fridge didn’t work properly, the veranda timber was rotten and falling apart—dangerous for kids. We asked for an early check‑in that was confirmed, but when we arrived the reception was closed; we drove around for three hours in the rain waiting for it to open, and eventually a lady appeared. There are people living permanently in this caravan park, and it’s a run‑down, scary place; I would never go back, not even for free.
