Nothing good. The owner and staff behaved like professional goons. Never go here! Their confirmation on this platform is misleading; you’ll be turned out of the property when you arrive even with a confirmed reservation. I even filed a complaint in consumer court. Everything was bad. I didn’t like anything about these goons. Please remove them from your platform.

The staff were friendly, the value for money was good, the location was convenient, and the hospitality was warm. They accommodated an early check‑in at a nominal price. There wasn’t much to complain about, just a slight cleanliness issue: the storage rooms nearby were left open longer than usual.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it's also super noisy. We were greeted with a warm welcome when we arrived and that continued throughout our stay – the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy. The only downside was the noise, which made it hard to sleep at times, but the good vibes from the staff made up for it.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, there was one major issue that let it down: I found a few small cockroaches in the common areas, which was really off-putting. I'm hoping the management will take steps to address this problem, as it's a shame because the hotel has a lot of good things going for it.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that was my stay at this hotel. The location was pretty central, which was a plus, but the real kicker was the receptionist's attitude. I'd booked a room in advance, but when I got there, they told me they were fully booked – despite my confirmation email. It was pretty infuriating, and the staff member's demeanor didn't exactly help to diffuse the situation.
