The room was spotlessly clean, with nice bedding and all the essentials for a two‑night stay. It was within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and pubs, and the view over the river was lovely. Once the maintenance work is finished, the surrounding area will look even better.

The room was clean and offered a nice view, the location was great, and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. However, the rooms felt dated and the walls were thin. They kept texting, emailing, and calling about my check‑in because I was arriving after 8 pm and they still managed to get it wrong; they handed me a key for a room already occupied, then had to find a new room for us.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Midlands Motel. The property sits in a lovely, peaceful spot with a great outlook, and the room was suitable for our overnight stay. Everything was convenient and well organised. A special shout‑out to Aman, the coordinator, who was extremely helpful and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. He was very responsive and promptly handled all our requests, which made a real difference to our experience. There was very little to dislike; everything met our needs and any small requests were quickly addressed. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.
