The stay was wonderful and accommodating, with super friendly staff who did their best to meet my needs. Receptionist Sara and the cleaning crew were helpful and cheerful, and I’d recommend this hotel if I need a place in Jordan.

My family got instant service, everything was classy, but sometimes the elevator got delayed because groups of selected guests and kids were using it.

It’s worth the price and the staff is wonderful, yet there were no disposable personal hygiene kits or hotel slippers (shoes).

The hotel was clean, the rooms were large and comfortable for a big family, and the reception staff were friendly, but the breakfast was sparse and there were no restaurants or cafés nearby.
