The front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed to pick and choose who to welcome, ignoring some guests and giving attitude from the start.

The hotel was filthy: urine was on the toilet seat, the sheets were dirty, and the office attendant was very rude and disrespectful. We were kicked out after only 10 minutes, even though we had a baby and a small child with us, and we had to leave late at night.

The bathroom and bathtub were extremely dirty and covered in hair, and the bedsheets were also filthy and full of hair. The room hadn’t been properly swept or mopped. The front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There was nothing to like; everything was extremely dirty, including the toilet, which had dried feces stuck to it and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.

The place felt a bit old‑fashioned, but it was spotless and hit every requirement I had.

The women at the front desk were very kind and helpful, but the area is in a bad neighbourhood and I didn’t feel very safe.
