The staff didn’t help with any requests; when I asked for room‑service breakfast, they said I had to ask seniors and then denied it, even though it’s listed in the menu. The room was small and the view was just a blank wall.

The location was fine and the staff were courteous and polite. However, the rooms aren’t sound‑proof; every door opening or closing was loud and ruined my sleep most nights because of the neighbor. The breakfast buffet could have been better.
