“Great place to stay.”
The breakfast was cooked well, and the area was clean and well stocked, but the drop‑off was hard for people with disabilities because there was a narrow concrete strip and no ramp.

The hotel itself is great, clean, and has a nice kitchen setup, but I was overcharged and still can't get my money back; after calling the manager I was met with an argument that the refund had to go through Booking instead of a direct refund, and he ended up hanging up on me.

The trolley to the stadiums was convenient, the rooms were large with a kitchen, clean, and close to many food options, and there were no issues at all; the parking lot is a bit small but that’s not a big deal.

It felt like home and was close to the Rangers game, with nothing at all to complain about.

The stay was decent, but the elevator was broken and I’m 70 years old and on the top floor, and I wasn’t told it wouldn’t work when I booked; on the second night the AC didn’t cool, the front desk said I could move to the first floor, but I wasn’t about to haul all my luggage down at midnight.
