The room was really cute, clean, and the garden was nice; we often had visits from neighbourhood cats. At a higher level of complaining: the shower water pressure and the bathroom lighting could be better.

The room was comfortable for a few days, the bathroom was spacious with a large shower, and the outdoor area with a table and a drying rack was very nice. Free parking at the back of the property was extremely convenient. The location is perfect for reaching the San Teodoro beaches, close to all services, and a short walk brings you to the centre. Gian Luigi, the owner, was very kind, helpful, and caring in everything. I recommend it.
