Tattoo friendly establishment! I had a great stay, the staff was super accommodating, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. The cooler in the room was pretty loud, so I turned it off at bedtime.

The stag beetle was cool. The food had a gentle flavor and was delicious. The smoking area should have better ventilation.

◎スタッフ対応。 予約人数を間違えたものの、神対応してもらいました。 テレビの故障も素早く対応してもらいました。 ◎4階のお風呂。 露天風呂の眺めはとても綺麗でした。 ◎料理。 夕食も朝食も美味しくいただきました。 特にオリジナルのスイーツも最高でした。. ◎部屋 たまたまなのか、埃っぽかったため、気管支が弱い私は，難儀しました。 ◎3階のお風呂。 内風呂は壊れており(修理中とのこと)、露天風呂は湯船が二つでいずれも1人用です。うち，一つは高温で入れませんでした。 時間によって性別で3階か4階課に分かれますので、3階となった場合は実質1人用の湯船一つの順番待ちとなります。

The onsens were lovely. The mouldy room was dirty and smelled very bad.

The hot springs were amazing, the private Nadi offered beautiful scenery and the springs were perfectly placed. The ryokan itself was worn out, the air smelled unpleasant, very damp and stale. The staff were friendly, but the men at reception seemed to think we were a nuisance with our questions. I had ordered a mountain view, yet one window faced dense tree growth.
