I was surprised after reading all the bad comments. I enjoyed my stay and the strong points are: The location (difficult access but worth), the staff, rooms were very spacious, bed was comfortable, no noise around. I will come back for sure!. I enjoyed my time there but here small improvements that will make huge difference in the comfort for zero extra costs (and increase your overall rating and attract more people): 1. the ventilation. The indoor air felt quite heavy during my stay. The property could easily fix this by regularly opening the windows on the second floor and the ground floor near reception to allow fresh air in (I tried to do it but unsuccessfully). 2. Cleaning was acceptable but the rooms need a deep cleaning. 3. I would suggest offering a few more breakfast options. If keeping food waste down during low season is the goal, taking breakfast orders night before is a great solution. Serving something basic like an omelette is cost-effective, easy to cook, and would be a nice upgrade from the fried bread offered (the homemade jam was delicious tho)

The staff were very nice and friendly, yet the hotel is a ruin that needs either a thorough renovation or demolition; after my review I received a phone call from the hotel and was insulted with words that I cannot write here.
