I came for a cycling event. Lisa, the host, was very accommodating, letting me bring my bike inside and preparing a superb vegan breakfast for me. The place was clean and nicely presented, with interesting pictures and memorabilia on the walls. My room was perfect and the bed very comfortable. The location is only a 5‑minute walk from the town centre and the beach, yet the street was quiet at night so I slept well. Nothing was wrong; it was perfect.

The stay was excellent, with the staff being the most friendly and the food outstanding – I’d book again without hesitation. The only hiccup was that the curtain in room 2 wouldn’t open all the way, but we managed.
