The scenery was beautiful, the property felt immersed in nature, and the views were stunning. We even spotted an elephant on our hike. The food options for lunch and dinner were plentiful and tasty, and breakfast was also very good. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the tent was spacious, though a bit dark and exposed if you open the curtains. However, several issues made the stay unpleasant. First, the booking description swapped the tent and tree house, so we ended up with the wrong accommodation. Hot water in the shower stopped working suddenly with no explanation, and no one was at reception late at night to give instructions, so we couldn't fix it. An animal—reported as a squirrel, though another review mentioned a rat—got into the tent through the bathroom and woke us up multiple times by moving objects. This shouldn’t happen in a “premium” tent, and we would have appreciated being warned about it. We arrived during monsoon season, so the weather was consistently cloudy, foggy, and rainy. We were told we could do guided hikes if the weather was acceptable. A one‑hour afternoon hike and a two‑hour 7 am hike were offered. We did the afternoon hike, but it was cut short by rain. We showed up at 7 am for the morning hike, but were told we couldn’t go because the weather was bad (foggy, not raining). By 9 am, when the weather cleared, we asked if we could still hike, but were told “the walk was at 7, it’s finished, try tomorrow” and offered a 5‑minute walk behind the reception instead. We were the only guests interested, so the rigidity and lack of a proper alternative was surprising, especially since enjoying the surroundings is the main appeal. Wifi didn’t work at all during our stay.

Everything about the place—ambience, staff, and food—was great. Totally worth it. No complaints.

I loved the hikes, the ecological use of everything, and the lessons about nature coexisting with us. The food could use some improvement.
