Guest House Shakuri

We really enjoyed our stay at this Guest House; the fresh renovation and spacious room had everything we needed for comfort. The breakfasts in the garden were wonderful and home‑style, and we’re grateful for the hospitality. We hope to return again.

All the photos matched reality. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff greeted us warmly and were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, varied, and the coffee was freshly brewed. My husband and I left very satisfied.

We loved everything—the cleanliness, all the new and fresh items, the crisp linens and towels, the housekeeping, the luxurious bathroom and shower! A special thanks for the comfortable mattress. Breakfasts were served in a beautiful inner courtyard. The spot was convenient, with shops, a couple of local cafés, and within walking distance a tourist street offering KFC, sushi, pizza, you name it. Most importantly, the warm host arranged a night transfer to the airport. A big shout‑out to our guide and great guy Sharifbek (ask Shakuri for his contacts); he took us on two days of tours in the mountains and the city, even secured tickets for AfroSib that were sold out. We fell in love with Samarkand, largely thanks to these wonderful people—thank you! No negatives at all.

The room’s width, the structure of the facility, the garden, and the courtyard were all positive, but the rooms could have been used more efficiently.

I stayed in a really nice room, it was spacious and spotless, and well-equipped too. The guest house itself and the yard are also very beautiful.
