“Não ficamos por mais de 2 horas o cheiro de mofo começou a nos fazer mal e tivemos que sair e procurar outro hotel !”
Right off the bat there’s a cage with a sick‑looking dog that reeks, and the smell sticks with you. The hallway leading to the rooms is cluttered with old junk, making it hard to get to the next corridor. Inside, the room looks like it’s never been painted, the floor is damaged, TV wires are exposed, and the two wall vents are covered in dust. The bathroom door is absurdly narrow and the toilet wobbles, which felt unsafe to use.
The owner was genuinely friendly and seemed truly committed to making guests comfortable. He went out of his way to help whenever we asked, which made the stay feel personal and welcoming.
I appreciated the warm hospitality and the staff’s willingness to assist whenever I needed something. On the downside, the facilities felt a bit dated, the air didn’t circulate well, and the communal microwave was broken, which was inconvenient.
The staff member who handled my booking was really responsive—kept me posted via messages and was always around when I needed anything. Unfortunately, the actual place left a lot to be desired: the mattress was rock‑hard, the floor was grimy, and there was visible mold in the room. The bathroom constantly collected water on the floor, turning the whole space into a nasty mess. I’d only consider coming back if I had no other option, even though it’s the cheapest spot around.
Trying to talk to the host was a nightmare—he was blunt, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in any kind of dialogue. His attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable and left me feeling ignored.
