The housekeeping was thorough even for long‑term guests, the place looked lovely, there were many amenities, breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff were friendly. The rooms lacked an iron and I wasn’t told I’d be charged for ironing. Shower water pooled, making it hard to step out, and a shower door was missing, so water splashed everywhere and I slipped. Only one water bottle was provided for two guests, and there was just one glass.

Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming, our room (4) was clean and comfortable, the view was stunning, and breakfast was delicious.

The place was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and understanding; breakfast was always ready when we arrived, and getting there was easy. We had a mix‑up about the venue, so we slept separately because we were a large group, but they managed to accommodate our planned activities.
