The room was lovely, the staff were nice, and the pool was nice too. The kitchen lacked many facilities and was very dirty.

The location is really good, with amenities close and a quick walk to the center. When we arrived, the sheets were dirty with stains; I’m not sure if they weren’t washed or if the stains didn’t come out, but it made me hesitant to sleep there. The shower was full of limescale and dirty. There was never any staff on site.

Excellent value for the price in Bali. The location is decent, though a bike rental is still needed because Bali is very spread out. The pool is fantastic! The hotel is quiet and perfect for couples on a budget. The shower could use a proper clean‑up and a new curtain, but we were happy with what we paid. The welcome was not great, as we had to wait over an hour at reception for someone to give us access to the room despite confirming our arrival time. The receptionist also didn’t change our sheets when we asked for it with room service.
