Nothing to comment on the positives. The second time we stayed at this lodge, the first time they knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up asking us to change rooms to a smaller one so a family could occupy our larger room. Even though my wife was feeling unwell, we were understanding, packed our things, and accepted the room change. Yesterday, 12/09/26, we checked back in and were told the parking was unavailable, so we left the car on the street, but that was fine because parking wasn't part of the services. The next day I didn’t know the checkout was at 11:00, thought it was at 12:00, so they knocked on our door at 11:20 asking us to vacate because checkout was at 11:00; I told them I didn’t know but would leave. We packed quickly, I took a 2‑minute shower and after 10 minutes they knocked again, this time with a harsher tone, and we left at 11:35 in a rush, scrambling to get everything together, which was extremely annoying. I understand we should have read the room information about checkout time, but when we had to be flexible we were very understanding, whereas the lodge is completely inflexible and intolerant. Another negative point is that the bedding seems not to be changed, smelling of sweat and dirt. For claustrophobia sufferers, the rooms can also be quite uncomfortable, as they are very closed in and arranged in a way that feels cramped and labyrinthine. Since the next guests check in at 14:00, I think that 3‑hour interval could have allowed better understanding of this mishap.

Excellent service from Juliana. The room was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly… Michael was also very attentive. Nothing to complain about. The place is simple, extremely clean. 14 minutes on foot to the historic center… Everything was fine.
