The location was excellent, the staff were helpful, and all the comforts were present. We did run into a small issue when other guests mistakenly entered our room, which we couldn’t understand how it happened. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The location was perfect for travelers passing through La Spezia – just a 4‑minute walk from the central train station. The property was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It even had a Nespresso machine with capsules and a washing machine, which we really appreciated. The staff were super responsive via WhatsApp. It met all our needs perfectly.
