Everything was great! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and fresh. The location was excellent, and the hotel offers parking.

I received the wrong rooms: instead of the ones I booked, I was given cheap rooms on the ground floor. The rooms had no curtains, only disorganized drapes covering the windows, and there was trash when we opened the windows. The furniture was disassembled, the electrical wiring was exposed and dangerous, the bathroom was cheap with a shower hose, the toilet was filthy and full of yellowed limescale, and there were no towels. When we opened the door, we had to be careful not to fall. We tried to refuse these rooms and request the ones we booked, but we were chased away, even threatened with police if we didn’t accept what they offered.

For the price it was a decent hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were two adults and a five‑year‑old child, and his stay was free. Breakfast was fresh and made to order, served on individual plates, and overall we left very satisfied 🙏😊
