Central positioning, welcoming staff, and excellent cuisine stood out, yet in our first 5‑star hotel experience we noticed two bathrobes on the bed but only one pair of spa slippers, a leaking toilet flush button, a sink tap that was too short and splashed water onto the marble, a shower screen that let water escape onto the floor, uncomfortable pillows, and a billing error where a pool aperitif we never ordered was initially charged before being removed; we suggest adding memory‑foam pillows to improve comfort.
The reception’s availability was great. Absolutely nothing else.
“Rilassante”
Everything was perfect.
Everything was excellent.
“Come ricaricare le batterie nel miglior modo possibile”
The welcome was sublime and the pools were open from 7:30 to 21:00—pure bliss!
