“Ok”
The bed was super comfy and the showers were awesome; breakfast was pretty good. However, the carpets, floors, elevators and parking lot all need a deep clean, and the front desk staff were not friendly at all. Only the older man in the kitchen was warm.
“I enjoyed my stay and will be back and recommend.”
Everything worked out fine. I skipped breakfast because I brought my own food to cook, but overall it was a great stay.
The rooms are very large, cheap and centrally located. The building isn’t very clean, and the bathtub was crusted.
“Nice place, poor service, wouldn't recommend if you are going there to sleep.”
Breakfast was great and the room was nice, but I couldn’t sleep. I had to lodge several noise complaints because teenagers upstairs were trashing the room. I fell asleep a few times, then woke to thunderous jumping and crashing—like bowling in a storm. The noise started at 11:00 pm and didn’t stop until 3:45 am. After several complaints, nothing was done. I called the desk twice, and when it still didn’t stop, I dressed up and walked downstairs to complain at 3:00 am. I had to get up and drive 12 hours the next morning with zero sleep. No refund or discount was offered. They offered to move my room at 3:00 am, but why should I have to move all my stuff in the middle of the night, then get up 2.5 hours later to pack again and leave? They said the upstairs guests would be put on a “No Stay” list, but that did nothing for me.
The room was large and clean. Check‑in took a bit; they had to call the next day to confirm I was actually checked in because I was marked as a no‑show.
