We were very well received and the place was clean. However, there was no privacy in the bathroom, the outdoor bathtub faced the road, and we were told there would be room service, but there was none.

They offered a halal breakfast, but the parking lot was small.

The room was super clean, spacious, with high ceilings and a sliding glass door to a balcony. The large, comfortable bed and muted colours made the room feel very calm. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the evening, and you can also cross the street and walk along the beach. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel arranged for a staff member to drive us to the port for the ferry to Koh Lipe in the morning. The staff were friendly and professional.

“Great value for money, luxury feel to the rooms. Great quality bed. Great location for everything.”

Nice decor, great bed, well stocked minibar, good breakfast, but no beach towels to rent or use—small inconvenience that could have been handy.

Everything was spot on: rooms, pool, breakfast, parking, and staff service were excellent, far beyond my expectations. The breakfast had a wide selection typical of international chains, and any requests were handled immediately. We dined at nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sea breeze on our walk. We came to Satun to unwind and found exactly that, making it a great experience overall.
