The house feels cozy, with everything needed to rest in the quiet of a farm. There’s plenty of outdoor space. We were greeted by Mrs. Antonella, who runs the farm and is very kind when welcoming us.

The apartment and terrace, the cleanliness, the independence and tranquility, the kindness and availability of host Antonella. Suggestion: create a laundry area with a washing machine and drying space for guests—useful especially for medium‑to‑long stays.

The location is magnificent, in a calm and green setting. Antonella’s welcome is very friendly. The accommodation has all the amenities, is spacious and comfortable. There’s a café 2 minutes by car, Grosseto 20 minutes, the Maremma natural park 30. An excellent drop‑off point to visit the surroundings. Authentic Tuscany. They also produce their own wine and olive oil, which can be tasted on site (La Carletta) and are very good. Absolutely recommend. Nothing to add—we’ve been here before and will return with great pleasure. Thank you for everything.
