“Passamos frio, cama desconfortável”
The only thing that mattered was the location. They had told me the bathroom toilet was under renovation and wanted to cancel because of that, but when I got to the room it was just the shower that was broken; there was time to fix it from 10 am to 3 pm, which was our check‑in. It was very cold and the blanket left us chilled, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillow was too low. Never had such a bad experience on Booking; we didn’t sleep because of the cold.
