“We will never stay there again.”
The front‑desk lady was friendly and helpful. However, there was no breakfast, the TV was malfunctioning, and the room itself needed repairs.

It’s inexpensive, but the building needs a renovation and it sits in an industrial area.

I was told the room was handicap‑accessible, yet there were no grab bars by the toilet, only four bars in the tub, and the telephone didn’t work. When I tried to reach the office, no one answered. I had a medical emergency, left three messages on the answering machine with no response. In the morning I was told my staff was scheduled for that night, but I wasn’t. During check‑in the previous day I told the clerk that my room was already paid for, yet she charged me again, claiming another reservation existed. The clerk made me wait 20 minutes at the counter while checking if the room was truly handicap‑accessible. That morning she informed me I would be charged for a second night because I didn’t give 24‑hour notice. I want that second charge removed and a partial refund, as there was no phone or TV, and with no toilet bars it could have been a real danger for me. The staff were untrained and the hotel had no phone or TV service, leading to me being double‑charged for a single night. I’ll be sure to warn everyone about how poor this hotel is.

The hotel is pet‑friendly and the room was easy to access. The front desk, however, argued with me about my husband’s service dog, insisting it was an ESA instead.

It was a good price, but the TV wouldn’t work. The staff tried to fix it, yet it remained broken.
