I woke up to a loud bump from the room above, making it impossible to sleep; guests need to be mindful of this when booking.

The desk manager was very friendly and professional, the location was great, hot water, lovely kitchenette, comfortable bed, great A/C, quiet – everything worked as it should, thanks! We did have trouble getting our room cleaned at first, but it was eventually done and all worked out well, a minor inconvenience given how well everything else worked.
