Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Hotel and size were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bell service staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and the view of the strip was amazing. The Bugsy steakhouse was incredible and the staff was amazing. The rest of the restaurants were average, but the prices were astronomical. There is a line that has been crossed in Vegas and it makes me never want to go back again. $21 for 8 bone-in wings and fries.$17 for two Nathan regular (not all beef) hot dogs and fries.$15 for a Venti Iced coffee at Starbucks.$6 for a 20 oz. bottle of soda.these types of prices are gouging and absolutely ridiculous. We've been to Vegas 5 times in the last few years and this was by far the straw that has broken us, we do not want to come back anymore, the allure is no longer there after this type of experience

“Vacation was fun, Vegas was a blast. Just disappointed with the room that I got with how hot it was, two queens instead”

The location was a solid value for the price. I booked a king bed, yet received two queen beds, which made me wonder about the room’s age. I didn’t let it ruin the trip, so I accepted it, but the front desk was already busy when I arrived.

“Very dirty hotel ..”

The only good is near strip …. The woman at the front desk had a very rude attitude. She told me that I did not have a reservation, and then she changed the room I had chosen for my birthday and gave me a much worse room for the same price I had paid. The hotel was very dirty and poorly maintained, nothing like the pictures advertised online. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, especially because I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. I paid for a specific room and expected to receive what I had booked. This was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
