The spot was great and the staff were friendly, yet my family and I were on the 5th floor when the elevator suddenly malfunctioned, dropping from the 1st floor to the basement with a loud crash, leaving dust and debris everywhere; we genuinely feared for our lives, though fortunately no one was seriously hurt, and the thought of a higher floor failure made it even scarier—what should have been a lovely family trip almost turned into a tragedy.

The location and the staff’s hospitality were fine, but I couldn’t control the AC from the room and had to call the front desk repeatedly; housekeeping was unprofessional, opening our door twice in ten minutes while we slept, and on our last day the elevator was broken, forcing me to lug all my luggage from the second floor down to the ground.
