“We were stranded, went on the site, found this property, booked immediately and was accomodated.”

The room was well equipped, but it would have been nice if they offered crockery and cutlery.

“Never happened”

The owners double‑booked our rooms and called us an hour before check‑in to say we had no room left and that we should cancel because they couldn't accommodate us.

“Disappointing.”

The place gave me a bed and warm water, but there was little that appealed to me. The room was supposed to include towels and free toiletries, yet I only received a small round soap. I was given one half‑used tissue and when I asked for another, they didn’t provide one. The WiFi and TV were non‑functional for the entire stay, and I reported the issue but got no help. There was no heating as promised, and on Thursday, 01 October I woke up to no electricity. Communication was lacking; I had to chase for updates, which was very unprofessional and left me disappointed.
