Ales was super, very satisfied.
The location was excellent, very quiet and perfect for kids. Unfortunately the apartment wasn’t that clean; fingerprints were still visible on the kitchen front and the silicone was pretty grimy. Mold had grown above the ventilation in the bathroom. Overall the place could have been cleaner. Soap and dish soap were missing, and there was only one roll of toilet paper – basic items that should be in a well-equipped holiday flat. It would also have been nice to have parchment paper, trash bags, etc. I’ve seen other holiday flats with those items available.
The staff were all super friendly, the apartment was big, bright, and clean, and the mattress was fantastic – just great.
