The hotel sits 200 meters from Dworca PKP Kraków Główny, very close to both Stare Miasto and the Klepacki Market, with tram stops right next door. It offers several rooms with bathrooms adapted for wheelchair users, which I needed. The air‑conditioning is efficient and works well. On request you can get an electric kettle with a set of coffee and tea delivered to the room. The price is reasonable. However, because the room for disabled guests was converted into a family room and a sofa was added, the space feels a bit tight and moving around in a wheelchair becomes difficult. There are too few electrical sockets, and we had trouble plugging in the kettle.

“Great time”

The location is absolutely fantastic for getting around and close to the train station in the mall; we felt very safe. The hotel was nice and the restaurant was great. However, there were no plugs in the bathrooms for women to prepare, and no mirror outside the room to get ready with. The air‑conditioning struggled to keep up, so we had to keep the house super cold.

The location is great, and the hotel’s effort to be eco‑friendly is appreciated. The hairdryer was an issue, and the staff weren’t particularly polite.
