“Not returning anymore. I liked the old management better”
The manager was a real pain, but the rest of the staff were nice.

The location was nice and quiet, even though it was next to a gas station market. I had to switch rooms the same day I checked in because the first one was a RAT, and I had to use the kiosk because no one was at the front desk. The lady at the kiosk was very polite, understanding, and compassionate; she fixed the issue and I enjoyed the rest of my stay. I usually stay at a Quality Inn when I’m out of town, but I was very disappointed with my room. I will definitely stay at another Choice Hotel next time.

Just the location is fine, but the room wasn’t clean. We had a king‑size bed with poor padding, a ripped shower curtain, mold on the ceiling in a corner, and the AC made terrible noise.

The location is good, but the first room’s phone didn’t work, the TV had white blotches that made it hard to watch, and there was no hot water. There’s also no elevator to the second floor. The second room had a strong odor of smoke and liquor. The third room had no hot water and we found a roach in the bathroom when we entered. We left the hotel, crossed the street to a Hampton Inn, and would not recommend anyone stay here. Management was unreachable.
