The room was huge, spotless, and incredibly welcoming, positioned perfectly across from the sea and a short walk from Diamante’s center. The host was extremely kind and very helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

The location is undeniably great – the hotel sits right on the waterfront, just across the street from the beach, and is only a few steps from Diamante’s center. It opened recently, and the rooms are new, cozy, and equipped with all the essential comforts, more than enough for a pleasant stay. A solid base for enjoying the sea. However, there are significant discrepancies between the website and reality that should be flagged to avoid guest surprises: the site clearly states “daily cleaning service,” but the owner told me that room turnover and towel changes happen only every three days. After spending the day at the beach, covered in sand and pebbles, a more frequent change (or at least consistency with the online promise) is crucial. Parking is advertised as available on-site, yet there is essentially only one spot, almost never free. A convenient pass is provided to avoid blue lines, but in summer, finding a free spot nearby becomes a challenge if you’re driving. Evening noise is another issue – the bar below, run by the same family, hosts music and shows until 3 a.m. at a loud volume. It’s fun for those looking for nightlife, but if you’re after rest, keep that in mind.

“Ottima posizione, soggiorno da migliorare”

Struttura nuova, carina e in una posizione davvero ottima: a due passi dal centro di Diamante, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, e proprio di fronte al mare. Ideale quindi per chi vuole avere tutto a portata di mano, meno adatta, invece, a chi cerca una vacanza all’insegna del relax e del silenzio. Il bar situato sotto la struttura, infatti, propone piano bar ad altissimo volume fino alle 3 di notte. Nel complesso, la posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno ci sono stati diversi inconvenienti. Inizialmente mi era stata assegnata una camera, ma dopo aver sistemato tutto sono stata contattata per spostarmi in un’altra stanza. Ho quindi dovuto rimettere tutto in valigia e trasferirmi al piano inferiore. La nuova camera era un po’ più piccola, ma viaggiando con mio figlio poteva comunque andare bene. Il problema più importante è stato il condizionatore, che nella nuova camera non funzionava. Il gestore ci ha fornito un ventilatore ad acqua, sicuramente un apparecchio moderno, ma insufficiente a refrigerare la stanza, soprattutto considerando il caldo di quest’anno. Tant’è che si sono verificati anche due blackout, probabilmente dovuti all’utilizzo contemporaneo del ventilatore e del phon Anche il discorso parcheggio privato merita una precisazione: c’è un solo posto auto adiacente alla struttura, non segnalato, mentre il ticket fornito consente di parcheggiare in altre zone di Diamante, dove però in alta stagione trovare posto è molto difficile.in particolar modo vicino la struttura Inoltre, non c’è uno spazio per stendere costumi e teli mare e, nonostante le tre notti di soggiorno, la camera non è mai stata pulita né resettata e gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati. Peccato, perché con qualche piccola accortezza in più, l’esperienza sarebbe potuta essere decisamente migliore
