How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The phone in the room was out of order. Because we were a large group, this made passing arrangements around difficult. The fault was reported on Thursday but remained out of order when we left on Monday. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, yet the cooked items were not very warm.

The room was OK, but the bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have slept in for years, even though I stay in a lot of hotels. It was so bad that we got up at 4am and left the hotel.

It did the job, but the pool usage times should be clearer online for guests.

The hotel was very clean and tidy! The facilities were well maintained and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the time we left! This was our second visit and will visit again. The bed was slightly on the harder side but apart from that amazing stay
