The location and price quality were good, but there was no bidet in the bathroom and the pillows were very thin.

The place is perfectly located in Palermo, close to supermarkets and public transport; the facilities are great: comfy beds, a plug and light at the bedside, a locker, kitchen, common room, and terrace. The staff is the best part, always ready to help—Fede welcomed me in the afternoon and assisted everything, Jesús helped us with a small issue with the room key at night, and Carla was charming and always smiling in the mornings. Thanks to everyone, and thanks also to the cleaning ladies we shared a moment with in the kitchen each morning—they were very friendly! I would definitely recommend it to anyone on that side of Buenos Aires—everything was perfect!

Do atendente Jesús. Muito amável, simpático , solícito. Um rapaz nota 10. Fiquei pouco tempo no hotel , já que fui só dormir um pouco porque tinha uma conexão. Mas no geral , gostei muito. Eu gostei de tudo

The reception staff were amazing—Jesús and José were absolute stars! The location is perfect with all the bus stops nearby, the facilities are unbeatable, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the showers have great water pressure. It felt safe, and I’d definitely come back. No complaints.
