I stayed with my mom and the place was clean and well‑located, but we ran into a serious lack of staff. No one was physically available to help us, the phone never answered, and they were reluctant to give us info through messages. We couldn't reach the management to extend our stay because they never responded to our texts or calls.

Getting in was easy and they have Netflix, but I never found the Wi‑Fi password. The room is so small that a ventilation extractor would be a good addition.
