Tru By Hilton West Memphis, Ar

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean.

“My 1st Tru stay and I really enjoyed it. I'll be back!”

The staff were very friendly and cheerful, and I loved the 24‑hour coffee and cocoa and liked the luggage carts. Eggs and meat were just okay – scrambled eggs and bacon would have been better.

“I like having a consistently good experience with Tru by Hilton, this time the cleanliness was not on par but staff frie”

Convenient spot with everything you need and nothing extra. The manager was great and the front desk team was friendly. Coffee was excellent and the omelets were tasty! The shower, however, was dirty—back hairs everywhere on the wall and even on the shampoo and conditioner bottles.

The decor was fun, the pool was nice, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The microwave was not in the room, the upstairs neighbors were loud late into the night, a neighbor’s alarm went off at 5:55 am for 15 minutes, and the breakfast was mediocre.
