The facilities were very pretty and clean, but nearby street repairs made getting around difficult.

It far exceeded my expectations for this accommodation; the room was spacious and had everything needed to be comfortable, and during my stay I ordered delivery and the staff offered to bring it to my fourth‑floor room so I wouldn't have to go downstairs—definitely will return. The only minor issue was that the customer service could use a bit more tact and subtlety.

The space was ample and the hydro was large, but the blankets were warm, the pillows were comfortable, and I had to sleep with the hydro light on because I couldn't turn it off.

The bus to Mindo was very easy to catch, and the room was roomy with a fantastic shower, but the website promised a restaurant and live entertainment, yet there was only rooms; the front desk only sold snacks and drinks, and the bed came with a plastic mattress.
