I'm still waiting to get my refund from this place. The whole experience was a mess, and I'm not sure why they're taking so long to sort it out. The staff seemed friendly enough, but the lack of communication was really frustrating.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the room was a total dump. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Great location, but the hotel's lack of preparedness really threw a wrench in our plans. We had to wait ages for our room to be ready, and to make matters worse, there was no one at the reception desk to help us. Still, the proximity to UiTM Shah Alam was a major plus.

The hotel's friendly staff was a letdown, especially when I tried to check in and they told me the room wasn't ready. When I asked for a refund, it was a hassle to get sorted out. The staff seemed unable to resolve the issue, so we ended up suggesting a room change. The original room was a mess, with hair all over the floor and a dirty bed. The bedding looked like it hadn't been changed in ages.

The hotel needs a serious upgrade, especially in the bathroom, pillows, and decor. Unfortunately, the room was plagued by a bad smell, old pillows, and a dirty bathroom.
