The welcome was great, and they upgraded my room. For my wife’s birthday they gave us a cake and a bouquet of flowers—really attentive. We had half‑board, but the dinner was a poor selection with too many extras.

Everything was amazing: the bed was comfortable, the interior design was nice, and the materials were high quality. The spa is one of the best. I liked everything.

The penthouse was very spacious with a huge terrace, a great view, and a whirlpool. Everything was new and clean. The bed was very hard. The kitchen equipment was okay, but there was no sieve or drying cloth. The breakfast room was crowded and hectic. The hotel concept was a bit unclear. The attached restaurants with take‑out were convenient but only average quality.

The room was a good size and the spa area was lovely. The location was perfect for accessing the town, lake, and running track. We were charged extra to use the kitchen in our room, and that wasn’t made clear when we booked. Ongoing construction started very early on weekday mornings and woke us. Breakfast offered limited vegan options.
