The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the place was really spotless. When I booked, no one mentioned that the room was on the fourth floor without an elevator; because of back problems, that was not good for me, so over three nights I had to move a night to the first floor and the other two to the third. They did what they could and blamed Booking for not specifying the floor. It seems odd that a guest cannot know which floor they’re staying on. People have different issues and should know what they’re paying for. Also, the rooms were a bit bigger, that would have been better.

The price is fine for a short getaway, but the triple room was very small. The beds were tiny with very firm mattresses, no chairs, no nightstands. The bathroom was constantly wet and smelled awful. The water pump often failed and the pressure was low. It was always crowded and noisy, with chatter and shouting in the hall, on the balconies, even at night. Because of the sun the balcony was unusable during the day. There were many weeds and mildew around the villa. The access road had many potholes and gravel.

It offers good value for money. The sea is about a 10‑minute walk away. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There was plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. Towels and bed linen were clean. The balcony and TV worked well, and there was a fridge and air‑conditioning. A persistent sewage smell lingered in the bathroom all the time, even with the window open. The fridge was noisy because it sits right next to the bed, so we had to turn it off at night. Parking is hard to find because the area is full of similar hotels and most spots are taken by guests’ cars. The road leading straight to the property is unpaved and full of potholes, so some maneuvering is needed. This is more a feature of the surrounding area and access road than a problem with the accommodation itself. Overall, the accommodation is reasonably priced and offers good value, especially given its location and proximity to the sea.

The staff were professional and the housekeepers very friendly. The courtyard was beautiful near the beach, and the rooms were clean. Everything was perfect. I recommend it.
